What is the Seller Renovation Program?
It helps you make targeted updates, like paint, flooring, fixtures and curb appeal, before your home goes on the market, so it shows at its best. We pick only the updates buyers in your price range pay for, and you see the cost and expected value before any work starts.
How do you decide what my home is worth?
I build a market analysis from recent closed sales near you in the MLS, adjusted for size, condition, lot and location. It's not an online estimate. I send it within one business day of your request.
Do I have to sign anything before touring homes with you?
Yes. Since August 2024, REALTORS® need a written agreement with a buyer before touring homes together. I'll walk you through it in plain language: what I do for you, how I'm paid and how long it lasts. Its terms are negotiable.
How is your commission set?
Commissions are not set by law and are negotiable. I'll go over the options with you in writing before you sign anything, whether you're buying or selling.
Do you work with first-time buyers and investors?
Yes. I help first-time buyers through every step, from pre-approval to closing, and I help investors evaluate income-producing properties.
