This policy explains what information michaeljagerrealestate.com collects and how Michael Jager, REALTOR® with eXp Realty, uses it.

What I collect

• Information you type into a form: your name, email, phone number, property address and message.
• Saved searches, favorites and listing alerts, if you create an account on the home search pages (powered by IDX Broker).
• Basic technical data your browser sends, such as IP address and pages viewed, collected by my hosting and search providers.

How I use it

• To answer your request, prepare a home value analysis, and send listings or updates you asked for.
• To call or text you only if you checked the consent box. You can reply STOP to any text or tell me to stop contacting you at any time.
• I don't sell your personal information.

Who it is shared with

• eXp Realty, my brokerage, which supervises my real estate activity and may keep transaction records.
• Service providers that run this site: Netlify (hosting and forms), IDX Broker (home search and listing alerts) and Google Fonts (typefaces).
• Others when you ask me to, such as a lender or attorney, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

Email michael@thejagerteam.com or call 843-478-4801 to see, correct or delete the information you've sent me, or to stop calls, texts or emails.

Listing information on this site comes from the Charleston Trident Multiple Listing Service and is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Verify all details, including square footage, school assignments and flood zones, independently. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice. Home value estimates and the renovation calculator are examples only, not appraisals.
